Oatlands College U18 Hurling Team- Dublin Colleges "A"  Semi finalists 2010

 

 

Oatlands Sixth Year student, Adam Mc Donagh, had another very rewarding year in music, winning the competitions for U 17 Piano Repertoire, U 18 Piano Duet and Best Performance of a Piano Concerto Movement in the Annual Feis Cheoil at the R.D.S.  Adam also won the U 18 Piano Duet and the Cup for Best Performance of a Piano  Accompaniment at the Annual D.I.T. Conservatory of Music and Drama Competitions.

 

 
 

    U14 Soccer Update 

Date: 15 Oct. 

Venue: Oatlands 

Opposition School: Clonkeen 

Result: 2-1 

Oatlands Scorers: Adam O Kelly (2) 

Captains comments: ‘We played excellently and battled hard to win this opening game and put ourselves joint top of the group. In the first half a good through ball found Adam O Kelly and he finished well to make it 1-0 to Oatlands. In the second half, with about 15 minutes to go Clonkeen scored from a free kick but Oatlands piled the pressure on, created some good chances and passed the ball brilliantly. With about 5 minutes left Sean Tinkler won a free kick and Adam O Kelly stepped up to take it and score the winning goal. It was a tough match but it was a well deserved win in the end.’ Mark O Kelly

‘This victory gave us two wins from two matches in the League. Both our goals came in the second half from Danny Kane and Matthew Breen.
