Management Structure The College is governed by a Board of Management comprising four representatives of the Trustees - the Christian Brothers - two representatives of the parents and two representatives of the teaching staff. The untimely death has occurred of the board’s chairperson, Mr. Martin Tansey, who served Oatlands with such great zeal and conscientiousness for fifteen years. The Trustee Representatives serving on the current board are Ms. Jane Keane, Mr. Louis Dockery and Mr. Gerry Horkan. The Parent Representatives are Mrs. Maria Jackson and Mrs. Denise McMahon. The two Teacher Representatives are Miss Stevie Tobin and Mr. Joe Walsh. Mr. Ryan and Deputy Principal, Ms. Caroline Garrett,
are responsible for the day to day running of the school. There are eight
Assistant Principals and eleven Special Duties' teachers. Deans of Study are responsible for Discipline and
Study in the various year groups and each class has a Class Tutor. Further
support structures include the Guidance and Counselling
service, the Parents' Council, the Students'
Council and the Past Pupils' Union.
